Frequently asked questions
We estimate the average required visit time at approximately two hours.
There are no toilets in the exhibition venue. However, the station toilets (for which there is a charge) can be found at the bottom of our escalator (on level 0).
Admission tickets are valid for a visit and not for the day, so it is not possible to leave the exhibition during the visit, for example, to eat. However, since there are no toilets in the exhibition venue, we authorise exits to use the toilets in the station.
In light of our exhibitions’ success, we strongly recommend that you purchase your admission tickets on-line, because in cases where there are large visitor numbers, buying tickets over the internet is the only way of being sure to enjoy priority access to the exhibition. Tickets are sold at the venue according to daily availability.
You must go to the exhibition on the day and time indicated on your ticket. If you are more than half an hour late, you will lose priority access to the exhibition.
It is strictly forbidden to eat or drink in the exhibition. However, we do allow bottles of water to be taken in.
Animals are forbidden in the exhibition, apart from assistance dogs if the animal’s identification card is shown on entry.
The exhibition is indeed entirely accessible to people in wheelchairs.
We have a limited number of wheelchairs and therefore we recommend that you book them by phone before your visit.
