There are no toilets within the exhibition. However, there are toilets in the station (for which there is a charge). We therefore recommend that you ensure that your pupils have visited the toilets before your arrival time.
Backpacks and handbags must imperatively be left in the cloakrooms.
The pupils (aged 7 years and above) will each receive an audio-guide available in French, Dutch, German and English.
You will find teaching guides for primary or secondary schools on our web site. We also have corrected versions of exercises that we can send you by e-mail on request.
We admit pupils class by class.
On your arrival, you and your pupils will be welcomed outside by a member of the personnel. The pupils will then enter the reception area and will be invited to leave their bags and coats in the cloakroom. Next, we will give them the audio-guides followed by several recommendations before starting the visit.
In light of the success of our exhibitions, it is essential to respect the time schedule in order to ensure the best organisation possible. We therefore ask that you are punctual and arrive for the visit time you have been allotted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee immediate access to the exhibition.
