The Walloon government has decided to extend the use of the Covid Safe Ticket (CST) to the whole Walloon Region for all citizens from the age of 16, the cultural sector is therefore concerned.

The Government's decision will apply from Monday, November 01, 2021 to the end of the exhibition. It is important to add that those under 16 will not be affected by this measure.As for the mask, it remains compulsory from the age of 6  in places controlled by the Covid Safe Ticket.

Your reservation is therefore still valid, and your visit possible, but each participant must present a valid COVID Safe Ticket at the entrance to the exhibition.

As a reminder, what is the Covid Safe Ticket? :

The ticket uses the principle of the European Union's digital covid certificate.

To get it, you need either:

1 / a double vaccination carried out for more than two weeks;

2 / a negative 48 hour PCR test;

3 / a certificate attesting to a recovery and dated less than six months;

4 / a rapid antigenic test, in front of a healthcare professional, the result of which is negative (maximum valid from the time of the sample + 1 day).

How to get it?

Like the European Digital Certificate, the Covid Safe Ticket works using a QR code to present with your smartphone, via the "CovidSafeBE" application.

It is also possible to print this certificate via the websites:; masanté.be or To obtain them digitally, you need your identity card, the associated PIN code and your card reader (or directly via the itsme application).

The Covid Safe Ticket and the printed vaccination certificate can be sent to you by post on request. You must take into account a waiting period of one week between ordering and receiving it. To do this, contact the help center in the region where you have been vaccinated:
