COLLECTIONS & PATRIMOINES AND EUROPA 50 HAVE BEEN SPECIALISED IN THE DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND ORGANISATION OF LARGE-SCALE EXHIBITIONS FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS.
The aim of the two companies is to highlight Belgian and international heritage through exhibitions that endeavour to promote artists, inventors or major figures of international standing.
Far from proposing static exhibitions, they provide total immersion of the visitor in the atmosphere of the exhibition’s theme and boast a flawless reputation regarding the creation of international scale cultural events.
Since 1991, they have been behind a dozen major exhibitions that have attracted almost 3 million visitors, a total that is unquestionably an extraordinary achievement.
THE CALATRAVA EXHIBITION VENUE
The exhibition venue at Liège’s new international railway station, created by the world-renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, can pride itself on having become the cultural venue par excellence in the City of Liège for spectacular exhibitions aimed at the general public, with SOS Planet, Golden Sixties, 14/18, from Salvador to Dalí or The Terracotta Army as the best illustrations.
Our team boasts long-standing experience in exhibitions, covering a broad range of themes (Tout Hergé in Welkenraedt, Tout Simenon in Liège; I was 20 years old in 1945, Made in Belgium and Léonardo Da Vinci in Brussels). The core team is made up of fifteen people who deal with design, set design, special effects, construction of settings and picture rails from A to Z, but also communication and comprehensive management of each event.
